We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or replacement.
Because we work directly with our suppliers and ship from multiple warehouses, return procedures may vary depending on the product. In most cases:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ Custom-made or special order parts are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
