What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

You can also pay quickly and securely with PayPal at checkout.

Depending on your region, we may also offer express payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay for a faster checkout experience.

All transactions are processed securely, and we never store your payment details on our servers.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or replacement.

Because we work directly with our suppliers and ship from multiple warehouses, return procedures may vary depending on the product. In most cases:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Custom-made or special order parts are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process and ship orders quickly, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you’d like to change or cancel it.

After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be modified or cancelled.

If the order has already shipped, you can still follow our return policy once you receive it.

💸 Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled orders to cover payment processing and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Our standard shipping is currently available within the United States only.

However, if you’re located outside the U.S. and interested in ordering from us, contact us directly at support@mrperformance.us — in many cases, we can arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that additional shipping fees, import duties, and delivery times may apply for international orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.

You can use this link to follow your package’s journey and see the most up-to-date delivery status.

Please note that it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after your order ships.
