Refund & Return Policy

Custom Orders
Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Used Products
Used products are not eligible for returns unless the item is defective. Please refer to the warranty policy below for more details.

Return Period
No returns will be accepted after the 30-day return period. Day 1 of the 30-day period begins when the item is delivered to you.

Returned Products
To be eligible for return, products must be:

  • In brand new condition, without any installation marks
  • Complete with all original hardware and packaging

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee plus a 2.5% merchant fee will be applied to approved returns. The customer is responsible for covering the original and return shipping fees.

Warranty Claims
All warranty claims are handled directly by Mr Performance with the manufacturer. The original manufacturer’s warranty policy applies to items purchased from mrperformance.us.

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • The customer must provide pictures and/or an explanation of the defect.
  • The manufacturer will make the final decision on all warranty claims.
  • The customer has the option to return the item for testing. If the item is found to be defective, Mr Performance will reimburse the customer for the price paid for the item and the associated shipping fees.
  • If the item is not defective, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation and Merchant Fee
If you placed an order using a credit/debit card or PayPal and decide to cancel or return the order, the 2.5% merchant fee may not be refunded, at the discretion of Mr Performance.

Shipping Delays
Some manufacturers may take up to 7 business days to ship out orders. If your order takes longer than 7 business days to ship, you will not be charged the 2.5% cancellation fee, unless:

  • The brand of the item is listed as a custom-built brand within our terms and conditions, or
  • The estimated lead time or ETA is visible on the product page at the time of ordering, and the cancellation is requested outside that ETA/lead time.
