Shipping Information
Shipping is free within the continental U.S. for all products we offer. For international orders, shipping charges will apply. The customer is responsible for checking the legality of the products in their country and for paying any customs fees. Mr Performance is not liable for any issues arising from customs regulations or products not being legal in your country. If a cancellation request is made due to these reasons, the refund will be subject to a 2.5% nonrefundable merchant fee, as well as any restocking fees associated with the returned item. If an international order is returned for any reason, the customer is fully responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
International Shipping
International shipping is available, but please note that shipping costs will apply. Shipping Process
We ship all products directly from manufacturers; we do not maintain stock or warehouses. Orders may be shipped from multiple locations. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped. Please ensure that you monitor your order’s tracking details to be prepared for delivery.
Signature Requirement
If you require a signature on delivery for your packages, please make this request in the comment section when checking out. While we will submit the request to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will comply with this request. Mr Performance is not responsible if a package is delivered without the requested signature.
Lost Packages
Once a package is in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to be present at the shipping address to receive the package. Mr Performance is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you experience a lost package, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number for assistance.
Expedited Shipping
If expedited shipping is selected, we will process and ship your order using the upgraded shipping method once the item is ready. Please note that expedited shipping does not guarantee faster processing time from the manufacturer, and some manufacturers may require 3-5 days to process orders.

If you have specific requests related to delivery, such as fitment verification or package location preferences, please include these in the comment section while placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate these requests; however, we cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier will comply with them. Tracking Information
Real-time tracking is available for all shipments. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder. If the information is still unavailable, contact us at:

Vehicle Fitment
We make every effort to ensure that products on our website are compatible with your vehicle. However, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm fitment before placing an order. If you are unsure, we recommend reaching out to us for clarification. We are happy to assist with any issues regarding fitment, but we are not responsible for incorrect purchases made without prior verification. We recommend professional installation for all parts sold by Mr Performance.
