ARM Motorsports 135i 5" Intercooler FMIC

The ARM 5" Stepped FMIC intercooler is a premier performance upgrade for BMW N54 and N55 powered 135i and 335i models. Designed to maximize cooling efficiency, this intercooler delivers consistent gains of up to 25 whp and 27 wtq, keeping intake air temperatures within the ECU's safe operating range. Cooler, denser air allows your engine to fully utilize aftermarket tuning and boost without heat-induced power loss.

Engineered with a 5" stepped bar-and-plate core, the ARM FMIC is approximately 47% larger than the OEM intercooler, increasing airflow and reducing heat soak. Installation is fast and straightforward with CAD-designed CNC aluminum connectors, compatible with OEM intercooler hoses or optional ARM FMIC hose upgrades. This design maintains all OEM crash bars and bumper pads without permanent modifications.

Dyno-tested with a full suite of performance upgrades, including ARM catless downpipes, charge pipe with TiAL BOV, and dual-cone intake, the ARM 5" FMIC consistently lowers intake air temperatures from 151°F to 106°F, enabling maximum horsepower and torque.
