ARM Motorsports 2.0T INTERCOOLER PIPING UPGRADE KIT

The ARM Motorsports 2.0T Intercooler Piping Upgrade Kit is engineered to enhance airflow, improve throttle response, and deliver up to +15whp gains on your 2.0T engine. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this kit replaces restrictive factory piping with high-flow aluminum components to support higher boost levels and improved performance.

The kit includes both the Turbo Outlet Pipe (TOP) and the Throttle Body Pipe (TBP) for maximum airflow efficiency. The OEM turbo outlet pipe is restrictive due to its small diameter, limiting the turbo’s ability to push charged air efficiently. The ARM 2.0T Turbo Outlet Pipe expands this diameter to 2.25", constructed from high-strength 6061 aluminum, which allows for smoother airflow and quicker turbo spool. This results in reduced turbo lag and earlier torque delivery.

The 2.5" aluminum Throttle Body Pipe connects the intercooler to the throttle body, replacing the fragile OEM plastic unit. With its increased diameter and smoother bends, it improves airflow and enhances the characteristic turbo sound under acceleration.

A Boost-Proof Adapter is included to ensure long-term reliability under high-boost conditions, making this kit an ideal upgrade for tuned or performance-modified 2.0T engines.
