The ARM Motorsports 1K FMIC 7.5" Race Intercooler Kit is designed for BMW N54 and N55 owners demanding extreme cooling performance. With a massive 1,155 cubic-inch core—270% larger than stock—this intercooler delivers exceptional heat dissipation and efficiency for high-boost applications. Capable of supporting more than 1,000whp, it is ideal for upgraded twin-turbo or big single-turbo builds.

A 20 FPI ultra-dense fin pack maximizes surface area and cooling ability. The cast aluminum end tanks use smooth transitional geometry and 3-inch inlet/outlet ports to maintain airflow speed while reducing turbulence. An integrated internal fin directs charge air evenly throughout the core, improving efficiency across the entire surface.

Real-world testing on a modified 335xi demonstrated only a 5°F rise in intake temperatures during wide-open throttle pulls, proving the intercooler’s excellent resistance to heat soak.
