ARM Motorsports 335i/xi/is N54 CHARGE PIPE - HKS Flange

The ARM Motorsports N54 Charge Pipe with HKS flange is engineered to eliminate one of the most common failure points on the BMW N54 platform: the factory plastic charge pipe. On both stock and tuned vehicles, the OEM pipe often cracks or bursts under even moderate boost increases, leaving the car in limp mode. ARM’s aluminum replacement provides the strength and reliability needed for high-boost applications while improving airflow to the throttle body.

Constructed from T6061 aluminum, the charge pipe features a CNC-machined throttle body connection designed to work seamlessly with the factory metal C-clip. The included upgraded O-ring ensures a tight, leak-free seal under all boost levels. To support advanced performance setups, the pipe includes two pre-capped 1/8” NPT ports for methanol or nitrous injection.

A CNC-machined TMAP sensor flange ensures perfect fitment, and new hardware is included to replace the weak factory screws. The integrated flange is designed specifically for the HKS blow-off valve, providing maximum durability, improved throttle response, and consistent boost management. This charge pipe fits both the stock intercooler and any aftermarket intercooler that retains OEM charge pipe mounting points.
