The ARM Motorsports N54 Charge Pipe with HKS Blow-Off Valve flange is a critical upgrade for any BMW running the N54 3.0L twin-turbo engine—especially tuned vehicles operating at higher-than-stock boost levels. The OEM plastic charge pipe frequently cracks or fails under pressure, causing boost leaks, poor drivability, and reduced performance. ARM resolves this weak point with a 3" T6061 aluminum charge pipe engineered to handle significantly higher boost levels while providing smoother airflow to the engine.

This charge pipe features a CNC-machined throttle body connection that uses the OEM metal C-clip for a secure and precise fit. An upgraded O-ring is included to ensure a complete leak-free seal. The integrated HKS-specific blow-off valve flange allows installation of an HKS BOV (sold separately), offering improved boost control and consistent operation under demanding driving conditions.

To support performance and tuning flexibility, the pipe includes dual methanol/nitrous bungs (pre-capped) along with a CNC-machined TMAP sensor flange and upgraded mounting hardware.
