When paired with the ARM 4.0T Intake, this heat shield helps ensure that your Audi’s twin-turbo 4.0T engine draws in cooler, denser air for improved performance and more consistent power delivery.

Designed specifically for the ARM 4.0T Intake, the shield includes two precision-cut openings that allow the dual intake runners to pass through while sealing against the hood insulation. This creates a dedicated cold-air chamber that isolates the filters from radiant and convective engine heat. The wrinkle-black finish provides a clean, OEM-plus appearance that blends seamlessly with the engine bay.

The heat shield features integrated lower mounting points to secure it during aggressive driving, ensuring stability without requiring any cutting, trimming, or permanent modifications.
