ARM Motorsports AUDI 8P A3 3" CATTED DOWNPIPE

The ARM Motorsports 8P Audi A3 3" Catted Downpipe is designed to dramatically improve power, turbo response, and exhaust tone on the 2.0T engine. With gains of up to +20whp and +30wtq, this downpipe reduces backpressure and allows the turbocharger to spool faster, improving acceleration and overall performance in every gear.

A catted downpipe offers several advantages over a catless system. The high-flow catalyst helps maintain emissions compliance* while reducing the raw odor commonly associated with catless setups. It also smooths exhaust acoustics by toning down the high-pitch rasp that many drivers find undesirable. The result is a deeper, refined exhaust note that enhances drivability without excessive harshness.

Constructed from full 3" stainless steel with smooth mandrel bends, the ARM A3 Catted Downpipe delivers maximum airflow. A CNC-machined turbo flange ensures a precise fit, and the integrated flex joint reduces stress on the turbocharger and mounting points during acceleration or engine movement. The downpipe includes a 200-cell sport catalytic converter placed for optimal flow and effectiveness.

Designed to fit both CBFA and CCTA engine codes, the system connects to the OEM cat-back exhaust using the included 3" to 2.25" reducer or pairs directly with 3" aftermarket cat-backs for a full turbo-back configuration. The downpipe is also compatible with K04 turbo upgrades.
