ARM Motorsports B8/B8.5 S4 S5 SQ5 3.0T INTAKE

The ARM 3.0T Intake is engineered to unlock additional power and supercharger sound on your Audi 3.0T platform by increasing the supercharger intake diameter to 3.5 inches, significantly larger than the OEM system. This provides a more direct, higher-flowing path for air entering the supercharger, resulting in improved throttle response along with measurable increases in horsepower and torque.

To maintain cooler intake air temperatures, the intake includes an aluminum heat shield that separates the hot engine bay air from the cooler air delivered through the factory duct. The heat shield seals against the hood, creating a contained chamber for cold air to enter the intake system.

The system also includes an upgraded SAI filter with a machined adapter for a clean and direct fit into the OEM SAI hose, ensuring proper filtration for the secondary air injection system.

The ARM 3.0T Intake is compatible with both the OEM throttle body and upgraded larger throttle bodies. For vehicles equipped with an upgraded throttle body, a larger silicone coupler is all that is needed to maintain proper fitment.

A high-flow ARM Dry Filter is included, constructed using multi-layer filtration media designed to allow maximum airflow to the engine while protecting it from contaminants. These filters provide an ideal balance of airflow and filtration without requiring oiling.
