ARM Motorsports E60 535i N54 CHARGE PIPE - TiAL Flange

The ARM Motorsports N54 Charge Pipe for the BMW E60/E61 535i is a critical upgrade for any tuned N54 engine. The factory plastic charge pipe is prone to cracking or blowing apart under elevated boost levels, causing immediate power loss and drivability issues. The ARM Charge Pipe eliminates this failure point with a strong 3" T6061 aluminum design built to withstand high boost and aggressive tuning.

Engineered specifically for performance, the charge pipe features a CNC-machined throttle body connection that secures with the OEM metal C-clip, ensuring a precise and reliable seal. An upgraded O-ring is included to prevent boost leaks. The integrated 50mm TiAL Q blow-off valve flange allows seamless installation of a TiAL BOV (sold separately), offering superior boost control compared to OEM diverter valves.

To support advanced fueling setups, the pipe includes dual methanol/nitrous bungs that are pre-capped when not in use. A CNC-machined TMAP sensor flange ensures perfect sensor fitment and includes upgraded hardware to replace the factory coarse-thread screws. Designed to work with both stock and aftermarket intercoolers that use OEM charge pipe routing, this upgrade ensures smoother airflow and maximum boost retention for high-output builds.
