ARM Motorsports F3X N55 CHARGE PIPE - RWD

The ARM Motorsports F3X N55 Charge Pipe is engineered to eliminate the biggest weak point of the N55 engine—the factory plastic charge pipe. On both stock and tuned BMWs, the OEM plastic pipe is known to split or explode under boost, often leaving drivers stranded or stuck in limp mode. ARM’s upgraded aluminum replacement ensures long-term reliability and improved airflow under all conditions.

Constructed from mandrel-bent T6061 aluminum, the charge pipe provides smoother transitions, reduced turbulence, and significantly higher strength. The CNC-machined throttle body and intercooler flanges ensure a precise, leak-free seal, making sure all available boost reaches the engine. The upper section begins at a 3-inch diameter at the throttle body and tapers to 2.5 inches to perfectly match OEM or aftermarket intercoolers using stock-style connections.

This charge pipe includes an integrated CNC-machined MAP sensor flange and a built-in 1/8” NPT port for methanol injection, nitrous, boost reference, or smoke testing. Automatic models include a dedicated transmission vent connection, while manual vehicles use the supplied cap and clamp.
