The ARM Motorsports F3X N55 Charge Pipe is engineered to eliminate the well-known weak point of the factory BMW N55 charge system. The OEM plastic charge pipe is prone to cracking—even at stock boost levels—and becomes a major failure risk on tuned vehicles. A burst factory pipe often results in sudden loss of boost, limp mode, and potentially being stranded. The ARM Charge Pipe provides a durable, high-flow solution capable of supporting the most demanding N55 builds.

Constructed from mandrel-bent T6061 aluminum, the ARM Charge Pipe maintains smooth internal airflow with minimal weld points for optimal durability and performance. Precision CNC-machined throttle body and intercooler flanges ensure a perfect, airtight seal so every pound of boost reaches the engine. The charge pipe begins with a 3-inch diameter at the throttle body, tapering to 2.5 inches to match OEM and aftermarket intercoolers designed to accept stock-style connections—including the ARM FMIC and any factory-location upgrade.

For additional performance flexibility, the pipe includes two 1/8" NPT ports for methanol or nitrous injection, boost reference, or smoke testing. A CNC-machined MAP sensor flange allows seamless reinstallation of the factory sensor. The system is compatible with both automatic and manual transmissions, featuring a dedicated vent connection for AT vehicles and an included cap for MT models.

This complete kit includes upper and lower charge pipe sections, reinforced silicone couplers, clamps, meth port caps, an O-ring for the throttle body, and all required hardware. When paired with the ARM N55 Turbo Outlet Pipe, the charge system becomes fully optimized for airflow and reliability.
