The ARM Motorsports F3X N55 Hose Upgrade is engineered to optimize airflow and reliability in the BMW N55 charge-air system. Designed to work seamlessly with the ARM F3X FMIC Kit, ARM N55 Charge Pipe, and ARM N55 Turbo Outlet Pipe, this hose upgrade removes restrictive OEM-style clip connections and replaces them with high-flow, high-strength silicone couplers.

Factory N55 intercooler and charge pipe connections rely on plastic clip-style interfaces that are prone to leaks, difficult to install, and create unnecessary turbulence. The ARM Hose Upgrade eliminates these weak points by converting the entire system to a secure hose-to-bead connection, drastically improving boost retention and reducing the risk of leaks—especially on tuned or high-boost applications.

By simplifying the system from the typical 10 OEM connections down to just 4, the upgrade reduces turbulence and improves charge-air velocity throughout the piping. Fewer transition points mean smoother airflow, more consistent boost response, and improved engine efficiency.

The kit replaces the second half of the hot-side turbo outlet pipe, the OEM connector and coupler on the hot side, and the lower cold-side charge pipe section and connector. This ensures the airflow remains smooth and unrestricted from turbo to intercooler to charge pipe.

Constructed from 6-layer steel-reinforced, high-temperature silicone, the hoses maintain structural integrity even under extreme boost levels exceeding 50 psi. Four constant-tension T-bolt clamps are included, ensuring a long-lasting, leak-free installation that maintains torque specifications over time.
