The ARM Motorsports F80 M3 Charge Pipes are engineered to eliminate the failure-prone OEM plastic charge pipes and ensure your S55 engine maintains full boost pressure under all conditions. The stock pipes are known to develop hairline cracks at the plastic seams—cracks that are often invisible but open under pressure, causing boost leaks, power loss, and unnecessary turbo stress. The ARM Charge Pipes replace these weak points with strong T6061 aluminum construction designed to withstand high boost levels and rigorous performance driving.

These charge pipes feature precision CNC-machined turbo flanges to create a perfect, leak-free seal at the compressor outlets. Each pipe includes a discreet methanol/nitrous port positioned toward the rear of the pipe to keep the engine bay clean and uncluttered. Finished in a black wrinkle coating, the charge pipes offer a durable, OEM-plus aesthetic that complements any engine bay.

Built for both stock and high-power builds, these charge pipes have been tested on ARM’s own 700+ whp F80 development car running upgraded turbos—providing proven reliability for everything from Stage 1 to full high-boost applications.

Fitment:

The ARM Aluminum Charge Pipes require aftermarket intake systems (ARM S55 Intake or similar).
They do not fit the OEM airbox without contact. For OEM airbox compatibility, use ARM’s silicone charge pipes.
