ARM Motorsports M240i MIDPIPE UPGRADE

The ARM Motorsports M240i Midpipe is engineered to enhance the sound and performance of your B58-powered BMW. By removing the two central resonators found in the factory midpipe, this upgrade delivers a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note while still allowing you to utilize the OEM muffler for volume control. In Sport Plus mode, the exhaust produces the bold, high-energy tone expected from a tuned B58, while Comfort mode keeps the car refined for daily driving.

Crafted from premium SS304 stainless steel and mandrel-bent for smooth, unrestricted exhaust flow, the ARM Midpipe significantly reduces weight—saving over 20 pounds when paired with the ARM Single Exit Exhaust option. Designed, tested, and fitted in-house on the M240i platform, this system ensures perfect clearance even on lowered vehicles and mounts securely using the OEM midpipe location.

The ARM M240i Midpipe is a full 3.25-inch system from the downpipe to the muffler and is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket B58 downpipes. The two-section design uses a durable slip-fit connection and high-grade exhaust clamps for a secure, dependable fit. When combined with the optional ARM Single Exit Exhaust, the midpipe becomes part of a complete straight-pipe system delivering maximum sound and performance.
