The Spec-RS system features 32 levels of independently adjustable compression and rebound damping, allowing drivers to fine-tune suspension response for track sessions, canyon driving, or daily street use. Compression damping is controlled via external reservoirs, increasing oil capacity and maintaining consistent damping under extreme heat and sustained driving conditions. Rebound adjustment is conveniently accessed at the top of each damper for quick and accurate tuning.

Ride height is adjusted independently from spring preload through CNC-machined locking spring perches and adjustable shock body length. This design preserves full suspension travel while allowing aggressive lowering and precise corner balancing. Pillow-ball upper mounts reduce suspension deflection, sharpen steering response, and provide improved feedback at the limit.

Constructed from high-strength steel dampers, aluminum rear brackets, and SAE-9254 cold-wound springs tested beyond 500,000 compression cycles, the Megan Racing Spec-RS coilovers are built to withstand demanding performance use while maintaining long-term reliability.
