The Track Series Coilover System for the Chevrolet Corvette is designed as a complete suspension conversion that fully eliminates the factory leaf spring setup and replaces it with a true coilover configuration. This transformation allows for significantly improved suspension tuning capability, enhanced handling response, and greater performance consistency on track-focused applications.

Aggressive spring rates and precision damper valving provide superior dynamic control, especially when paired with high-grip track day tires. The use of standard coil springs also allows for extensive customization, making it easier to tailor spring rates and overall suspension setup to suit specific driving styles, track conditions, and performance goals.

This system features 32 levels of damper force adjustment along with full shock length and spring preload adjustment. These features allow the suspension to retain full stroke while enabling precise tuning of ride characteristics. Compression and rebound adjustments are made simultaneously through a single damper adjustment knob located at the top of the damper mount for quick and convenient access.

Ride height is adjusted using separate CNC-machined locking spring perches that provide smooth, accurate, and repeatable adjustments. Independent damper shock length adjustment ensures full suspension travel is maintained regardless of ride height. This wide adjustment range allows for anything from a conservative drop to aggressive ride heights optimized for circuit performance and maximum handling capability.

For installation, the factory OEM leaf springs must be completely removed. Additionally, the original equipment front shock bushings must be reused to ensure proper fitment and function.
