ARM Motorsports MK6/6.5 JETTA GLI 3" CATTED DOWNPIPE - V-BAND

The ARM 3" Catted Downpipe for the MK6/MK6.5 Jetta GLI is engineered for vehicles equipped with the factory V-Band turbo flange, offering a direct-fit high-flow solution for both CPLA and CPPA 2.0T engines. This downpipe delivers gains of up to +20whp and +30wtq while improving turbo spool and enhancing exhaust tone. As one of the most effective hardware upgrades for the 2.0T platform, it dramatically increases exhaust gas velocity by eliminating the restrictive factory catalyst and replacing it with a larger, smoother, freer-flowing design.

Constructed from premium SS304 stainless steel, the downpipe features a full 3" diameter with smooth mandrel bends for optimized airflow. The upper section includes a CNC-machined V-Band flange that mates directly to the turbocharger and integrates a flex joint to reduce stress on the turbo during aggressive driving while simplifying installation. A CNC-machined bracket secures the system to the OEM subframe grommets for stable, OEM-like mounting.

A high-flow 200-cell sport catalyst is positioned in the mid-section, giving the GLI a deeper growl at startup and a noticeably louder tone under wide-open throttle. Part-throttle driving remains refined, while spirited driving provides a substantial increase in exhaust volume and character.

The downpipe is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems. A 3" to 2.25" reducer is included to connect to the factory exhaust, or it can be omitted to pair with a full 3" aftermarket system for maximum performance.
