ARM Motorsports MK7 BICOOLER PIPING UPGRADE

The ARM MK7 Bi-Cooler Piping Upgrade is engineered to maximize the charge-air cooling performance of MQB-platform vehicles by allowing the ARM MK7 Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) to run in conjunction with the OEM or any OEM-location aftermarket intercooler. This dual-cooling configuration dramatically increases heat dissipation, reduces intake air temperatures, and improves overall consistency under high-boost operation.

Constructed from 6-layer steel-wire–reinforced silicone, the Bi-Cooler piping is designed to withstand more than 50 psi of boost pressure. Constant-tension T-bolt clamps are included to ensure long-term sealing integrity and to prevent loosening during aggressive driving or temperature cycling.

The system maintains a smooth 2.5” internal diameter throughout, maximizing airflow volume while preserving charge-air velocity. In testing, the Bi-Cooler setup—with the ARM MK7 FMIC paired to a stock intercooler—achieved intake temperatures only 13 degrees above ambient, showcasing remarkable cooling efficiency even under load.

This upgrade is essential for drivers who want the highest possible cooling performance and power stability on tuned or high-boost Gen 3 EA888 engines.
