The ARM Motorsports MQB Charge Piping Upgrade replaces the restrictive factory 1.5-inch plastic charge pipes with full 2.5-inch T6061 aluminum piping for significantly improved airflow and faster turbo response. Designed for the MK7 GTI and other MQB-platform vehicles, this system enhances turbo spool, increases boost efficiency, and provides smoother airflow from turbocharger to intercooler to throttle body.

The factory MQB charge pipes are narrow, restrictive, and feature multiple abrupt bends that impede airflow. The ARM Charge Piping Upgrade maintains a consistent 2.5-inch diameter throughout the entire system, eliminating factory restrictions and supporting higher boost levels for stock or tuned applications.

The system includes two main components:
• Turbo Outlet Pipe: Upgrades the piping between the turbocharger and intercooler.
• Throttle Body Pipe: Replaces the factory section between the intercooler and throttle body and includes a built-in 1/8" NPT port for methanol or nitrous injection.

Constructed from T6061 aluminum and finished in a durable wrinkle-black coating, the charge pipes offer excellent heat resistance and long-term reliability. All silicone couplers included in the kit are six-layer reinforced units capable of handling high boost without deformation. Constant-tension T-bolt clamps ensure secure, leak-free connections.

An ARM precision CNC-machined Turbo Muffler Delete is also included. Unlike the restrictive 1.8-inch OEM muffler delete, the ARM version maintains a true 2.5-inch internal diameter for seamless airflow from the IS20 or IS38 turbocharger into the charge system.

This kit is compatible with both the OEM intercooler and the ARM FMIC, as well as any stock-location upgraded intercooler designed to fit factory charge piping.
