ARM Motorsports N54 INLETS

The ARM Motorsports N54 Relocated Inlets are engineered to dramatically increase airflow and improve turbocharger efficiency on the BMW N54 platform. By replacing the restrictive factory inlet system, these relocated inlets enable gains of up to 60whp and 60wtq, delivering faster turbo spool, improved boost response, and increased overall performance.

The factory N54 inlet design routes narrow, flattened tubing around the engine, causing airflow restriction and limiting turbocharger capability. ARM’s relocated inlets move the intake filters to the passenger side of the engine bay, significantly shortening airflow path length and reducing intake restriction. This design allows the stock or upgraded twin turbos to operate more efficiently and reach target boost faster.

Constructed from high-temperature, steel-reinforced silicone, the inlets are designed to withstand elevated heat levels common on high-boost N54 builds. The included manifold heat shield and air filter heat shield help minimize heat soak by protecting the inlets and filters from radiant turbo and engine heat. A dedicated bracket system secures the filters, boost solenoids, power steering reservoir, and coolant reservoir to ensure stability under aggressive driving conditions.
