ARM Motorsports N54 TURBO OUTLETS

The ARM Motorsports N54 Turbo Outlets are engineered to dramatically improve airflow on BMW N54-powered vehicles by upgrading the critical post-turbo outlet section. The factory outlets measure only 1 inch in diameter, creating a major restriction at the very beginning of the charge-air tract. The ARM outlets expand this section to a full 2 inches—representing a 100% increase in flow capacity—which can deliver gains of up to 25 whp and noticeable improvements in low-end torque and throttle response.

Constructed from T6061 aluminum, the ARM N54 Turbo Outlets are built for durability and long service life under high-boost conditions. Each outlet features an enlarged OEM-style CNC-machined V-band connection, allowing effortless installation on stock or upgraded N54 turbos that utilize the factory 2-inch interface.

Unlike the OEM divorced outlet design, the ARM version merges airflow from both turbochargers upstream, promoting smoother airflow before the intercooler. This results in improved efficiency and more stable boost delivery. A 5-layer reinforced silicone coupler connects both outlet sections and is secured with T-bolt clamps to prevent expansion or leakage even under aggressive boost pressure.
