ARM Motorsports N63/N63TU CHARGE PIPES

The ARM Motorsports N63 / N63TU Charge Pipes are designed for BMW’s 4.4L twin-turbo V8 engines to increase airflow and support high-boost performance applications. Unlike the factory charge plumbing, these upgraded aluminum pipes include integrated methanol injection ports, allowing you to add meth injection pre-intercooler to reduce intake air temperatures, prevent detonation, and safely increase boost.

Because the N63 engine can reach 20psi easily, tuning beyond this level often leads to detonation or "knock," triggering drivetrain malfunctions and limp mode. Methanol injection is one of the most effective solutions to maintain safe combustion temperatures, enabling higher boost, advanced timing, and improved power output.

Constructed from precision CNC-machined T6061 aluminum, the ARM Charge Pipes offer OEM-like fit and finish with significantly improved durability and flow. The methanol ports are placed immediately after the turbochargers for maximum effectiveness and consistent atomization before entering the intercooler system. These pipes are designed to fit both OE turbos and OE-style upgraded turbochargers.
