ARM Motorsports N63R INTAKE - G30 M550i G11/12 750i

The ARM N63R Intake System is specifically engineered for the updated BMW N63R/TU2 engine, which uses an improved MAF sensor configuration requiring a redesigned, model-specific MAF housing. Developed and confirmed on multiple N63R vehicles—including the G30 M550i—this intake delivers flawless operation on both factory software and BM3 Stage 1, Stage 2, and E30 calibrations.

This upgraded intake enhances throttle response, increases turbo sound, and improves overall induction efficiency. The dual filters are positioned toward the front of the engine bay, away from turbo heat, allowing them to draw in cooler air supplied through the OEM ducting. This helps maintain consistent intake temperatures and prevents heat saturation that can reduce filter efficiency.

For maximum cooling, the system is also available with an optional Front Facing Upgrade. This configuration relocates the filters behind the front grille, providing access to even colder ambient air. Vehicles equipped with the factory active grille system will need to remove it for this setup. Both configurations come with high-quality ARM Dry Filters, featuring multi-layer filtration media designed to deliver maximum airflow while protecting the engine from contaminants.

Installation is straightforward with no cutting or drilling required. The system integrates cleanly with the OEM turbo inlets and utilizes precision-built housings and piping for proper fitment and consistent performance.
