The ARM Motorsports N63TU3 Intake System is engineered to enhance airflow, throttle response, and turbo efficiency on BMW’s third-generation N63 engine found in the M550i, M850i, and 750i. Designed for a simple, no-modification installation, the system installs in as little as 30 minutes and is fully compatible with OEM tuning, as well as Stage 1 and Stage 2 performance software.

Each intake runner is constructed from premium 6-layer reinforced silicone, beginning with a 3-inch connection at the turbo inlets and expanding smoothly to 3.5 inches at the filter side. This design maximizes airflow while maintaining proper clearance under the strut braces—something not achievable with rigid aluminum tubes. Silicone construction also prevents wear, rattle, and heat soak issues commonly seen with metal intakes.

The included high-flow ARM Dry Filters utilize multi-layered synthetic filtration media to maximize airflow while effectively trapping contaminants. With 145 cubic inches of filtration surface area per filter (290 cu. in. combined), the system supplies the N63TU3 with abundant, clean airflow. Positioned at the forward area of the engine bay, the filters draw in cold air directly from the OEM fresh-air ducts, ensuring reduced intake temperatures and consistent performance.

The ARM N63TU3 Intake System is a premium upgrade designed to unlock greater responsiveness, improved turbo spool, and sharper induction sound—while maintaining OEM drivability and reliability.
