Vargas N54 F-RB Turbocharger Kit

The VTT GC F-RB Twin Turbocharger System is a complete, ground-up redesign of Vargas Turbo Technologies’ proven N54 GC platform, engineered to deliver unmatched performance, durability, and fitment. Designed as a true bolt-in solution for the factory N54 turbo location, the F-RB series provides the airflow of a significantly larger turbocharger while maintaining excellent spool characteristics and OEM-style installation.

This latest generation features turbine housings and manifolds fully cast from 310 stainless steel, offering exceptional resistance to heat, corrosion, and thermal fatigue under extreme operating conditions. A newly redesigned turbine housing with an enlarged volute and proprietary A/R ratio dramatically improves exhaust flow while reducing stress on the turbine wheel. Each set is equipped with a Mar-M246 superalloy turbine wheel, delivering outstanding durability for high-boost and high-horsepower applications.

The compressor side has been fully reengineered with new housings, upgraded internals, and anodized 9-blade high-flow billet compressor wheels designed to maximize airflow per shaft revolution while minimizing surge. Updated CHRA assemblies include reinforced thrust components and improved internal hardware for long-term reliability. The result is a turbocharger system capable of supporting up to 850 wheel horsepower with proper fueling, supporting modifications, and professional tuning.

The GC F-RB system is available in multiple sizing options to suit a wide range of power goals, from near-stock spool characteristics to maximum output builds. Optional ceramic coating is available for improved heat management and enhanced spool response. There are no core charges required, and each set is sold as a complete matched pair.
