Vargas VTT B58 TU BILLET CNC Valve Cover

The Vargas Turbo Technologies Billet CNC Valve Cover for the BMW B58 TU engine is a premium upgrade designed to address the weaknesses of the factory plastic valve cover while offering superior durability, modularity, and engine bay refinement. The OEM valve cover is known to crack over time and relies on an integrated PCV system that limits performance and long-term reliability, especially on modified vehicles. The VTT billet valve cover eliminates these issues entirely.

Machined from solid 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, this valve cover provides exceptional strength and thermal stability while allowing full external PCV system customization. Three fully baffled, shrouded -10 ORB ports provide maximum flexibility for catch can routing, breathers, or custom crankcase ventilation setups. By removing the factory PCV system, users gain full control over crankcase pressure management, making this valve cover ideal for both high-performance street builds and track-focused applications.

The VTT billet valve cover installs as a direct replacement and includes provisions for low-side vacuum and boost reference. Optional breather configurations and hardware choices allow the system to be tailored to individual build goals. Anodized finishes are available to complement a wide range of engine bay aesthetics.
