The Vargas Turbo-Forward Full Flow Intake System is the first and only intake solution engineered to completely eliminate every factory airflow restriction on the BMW G90 and G99 M5 equipped with the S68 engine. Unlike conventional intake kits that only replace the upper intake section while retaining the restrictive plastic turbo-side pipe, this system removes the true bottleneck in the S68 intake tract.

At the core of the design are precision-machined billet 6061-T6 turbo adapters that bolt directly to the OEM turbochargers, fully replacing the restrictive factory turbo-side piping. From the turbo inlet, airflow transitions smoothly through high-temperature, 7-ply reinforced silicone tubing that expands from 2.5 inches to a full 4 inches before feeding dual VTT 4-inch dry element air filters. This configuration creates a true turbo-forward, zero-restriction intake path that allows the S68 engine to breathe as intended.

By eliminating inlet depression and pressure drop before the compressor wheel, this intake improves airflow stability, enhances turbo response, and significantly increases induction sound. The system retains all factory sensors and PCV functionality and installs as a direct bolt-on upgrade with no tuning required.

While stock vehicles benefit from improved sound and smoother response, tuned vehicles see the greatest advantage. Higher boost targets, ethanol blends, upgraded downpipes, and larger turbochargers all increase airflow demand, making the factory restriction even more limiting. Removing every intake bottleneck before the compressor ensures consistent airflow delivery and greater efficiency under load.
