All turbocharger returns are subject to the same 50% fee, except in cases of verified warranty or manufacturing defects, where no fee will apply.
Custom-made items—including coated components, VTT-FAB single turbo kits, and custom driveshafts—are non-refundable and subject to a 50% restocking fee.
The Vargas Turbo Technologies GC and GC+ Turbocharger Upgrades for the BMW S58 engine are engineered to deliver exceptional power gains while preserving factory drivability and OEM-level fitment. Designed specifically for the G8X M3 and M4 as well as the F9X X3M and X4M, these turbochargers eliminate the airflow and durability limitations of the factory units without compromising spool characteristics or installation simplicity.
Each GC Series turbocharger is manufactured using 100 percent new OEM-quality castings, removing restrictive factory inlet geometry, inefficient bearing housing oiling, and weak thrust components that limit power potential. VTT applies proprietary design revisions to improve airflow efficiency, thermal management, and long-term durability, resulting in a true bolt-on turbo system capable of supporting between 800 and 950 wheel horsepower depending on configuration.
The GC configuration is based on a G25-550 specification and features a 58mm compressor wheel paired with a 52mm turbine wheel, supporting up to 800 wheel horsepower with excellent response. The GC+ configuration steps up to a G25-660 specification, utilizing a 67mm compressor and 54mm turbine to support up to 950 wheel horsepower while maintaining strong midrange and top-end performance. Both variants use twin-scroll 310 stainless steel turbine housings and 9-blade Mar-M 246 superalloy turbine wheels with modern aerodynamic profiles for high flow and fast response.
Installation is fully bolt-on, retaining all factory oil lines, coolant lines, downpipes, and charge pipe connections. No core charge is required, allowing you to keep or resell your factory turbochargers. Each kit includes matched silicone intake components engineered specifically for the GC and GC+ turbochargers to ensure proper airflow and fitment.
