Vargas VTT DAZA/DNWA Billet Intake Manifold

The Vargas Turbo Technologies Billet Intake Manifold for Audi DAZA and DNWA engines is engineered to deliver measurable horsepower and torque gains while enhancing engine bay appearance and reliability. Designed using CFD-based airflow modeling and precision CNC machining, this manifold removes the airflow restrictions found in the factory intake manifold and throttle elbow, resulting in improved flow throughout the entire RPM range.

Machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the VTT intake manifold improves volumetric efficiency and throttle response under both street and track conditions. Independent testing recorded gains of up to 29 wheel horsepower and 28 wheel torque at 5,500 RPM, along with gains of 19 wheel horsepower and 14 wheel torque at 7,500 RPM. These improvements translate into stronger midrange acceleration and sustained top-end performance.

To ensure long-term reliability, all gasketed connections have been replaced with precision O-ring seals at both the plenum and throttle body interface. This design minimizes the risk of boost leaks while simplifying installation and maintenance. Multiple integrated boost and vacuum ports allow easy integration of auxiliary systems such as PCV routing, methanol injection, and custom vacuum accessories.

The VTT DAZA/DNWA intake system is available as a complete manifold or as a plenum upgrade, allowing builders to choose the configuration that best fits their performance goals.
