Vargas VTT/FF N54 Intake Manifold

The Vargas VTT / FF Billet Intake Manifold for the BMW N54 revives one of the most respected and proven intake manifold designs ever developed for the platform. Originally engineered by Fab Factory and widely regarded for its performance and craftsmanship, this manifold has been faithfully recreated by VTT after acquiring the original design rights and technical drawings.

Each manifold is precision CNC-machined from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, TIG welded for structural integrity, and anodized for corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The internal design promotes smooth airflow distribution across all cylinders, making it suitable for high-boost and high-horsepower applications while maintaining excellent drivability.

This intake manifold offers extensive flexibility for modern performance builds. Dual -10 ORB ports on the underside allow for clean and modular PCV, vacuum, or crankcase ventilation configurations. Three top-mounted 1/8-27 NPT ports provide easy access for boost reference, sensors, and auxiliary vacuum connections without the need for drilling or modification.
