Once a turbo has been completed, it will ship within 2 business days. Any cancellation after the turbo has been built will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

The same 50% fee applies to all turbo returns, excluding warranty or defect-related claims, which are not subject to any fee. Custom items—including coated components, all VTT-FAB single turbo kits, and custom driveshafts—are also subject to a 50% restocking fee.

The Vargas Turbo Technologies GC Turbocharger Upgrade for Mercedes-Benz AMG M177 and M178 engines is designed to deliver substantial power gains while maintaining factory-like drivability and response. Built using all-new OEM-quality castings, these turbos eliminate the airflow and oiling restrictions found in factory housings without relying on oversized wheels or modified OEM components. The result is a true bolt-on solution that retains near-stock spool characteristics while supporting up to 900 wheel horsepower on stock engines with proper tuning and supporting modifications.

Each turbocharger is based on the Garrett G25-660 platform and features a twin-scroll 310 stainless steel turbine housing for superior heat and corrosion resistance. A 9-blade Mar-M 246 superalloy turbine wheel delivers high exhaust flow and fast transient response, while the 9-blade point-milled compressor wheel provides excellent efficiency and surge resistance across the powerband. VTT’s proprietary bearing housing revisions improve oiling efficiency and durability, complemented by an upgraded thrust assembly for long-term reliability under high boost.

This GC turbo system is engineered for direct installation using all factory oil lines, coolant lines, downpipes, and charge pipes. No core charge is required, allowing you to keep or resell your original turbochargers.
