Vargas VTT Plug-and-Play S68 Uprgaded DV Kit

The Vargas Turbo Technologies Plug-and-Play Upgraded Diverter Valve Kit for BMW S68 engines is designed to enhance boost control, durability, and throttle response while eliminating the limitations of the factory plastic diverter valves. Engineered specifically for modern S68-powered platforms, this kit delivers improved sealing, faster response, and optional vent-to-atmosphere sound without compromising drivability.

This system replaces one or both factory diverter valves with high-quality billet aluminum Turbosmart units, offering superior strength and heat resistance compared to OEM components. The upgraded valves improve boost recovery between shifts, reduce pressure loss, and provide consistent performance under elevated boost levels commonly seen on tuned vehicles.

The kit is available in plumb-back and dual-port configurations to suit different performance and sound preferences. Plumb-back valves maintain OEM-style recirculation with no additional noise, making them ideal for stealth performance builds. Dual-port valves vent excess boost to atmosphere, producing a pronounced blow-off sound while still retaining recirculation for stable operation.

Multiple installation options are available, ranging from a quick passenger-side upgrade for easy sound and performance gains to full dual-valve replacements for maximum response and durability. All configurations are designed for direct fitment on the S68 platform using included hardware, with no tuning required for installation.
